PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive coating apparatus capable of efficiently coating the press bonding surface of a press bonding postcard or the like with a powder adhesive with press bondability. SOLUTION: The adhesive coating apparatus 1 is composed of a paper supply device 2, a feed device 9, a coating device 3, a temporary fixing device 4, a reversal device 5, a paper folding device 6, a press bonding device 7 and a paper discharge device 8. The coating device 3 is equipped with a casing for housing the powder adhesive, a screen body 14 and the supply roller brought into contact with the screen body 14 to be embedded in the powder adhesive and arranged on the bottom part of the casing to supply the powder adhesive to the outside from the bottom part of the casing through the screen body 14. A transfer electrode 15 is arranged in opposed relation to the screen body 14 through the screen body 14 and a feed body 13 for feeding a coating medium coated with the powder adhesive. A transfer voltage is applied to the rotary shaft of the supply roller, the screen body 14 and the transfer electrode 15 from a high voltage applying device and the powder adhesive swept out to the outside from the screen body 14 is applied (transferred) to the coating medium.
