PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the hitting of an occupant on a driver's seat to a window screen as much as possible when the deceleration of a vehicle is increased, in the vehicle with a roof arranged with the window screen to cover the occupant from the front between a front part of the roof to cover the driver's seat on a vehicle body and a front part of the vehicle body. SOLUTION: A garnish 47 supporting the lower end of the window screen 30 is mounted to the front part of the vehicle body via a hinge 68 to rotate the garnish 47 in the longitudinal direction. Vertically-extending lower ends of a pair of right and left rails 48 to support both right and left sides of the window screen 30 are fixed to the garnish 47. Upper ends of both the rails 48 are connected to the front part of the roof to release connection according to the application of a load of a prescribed value or larger toward the front to the rails 48.
