PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dot-line printer which can carry out back-feeding of print paper with high accuracy without upsizing a mechanism. SOLUTION: According to the operation of the dot-line printer, simultaneously with withdrawal of a platen, the location of an interfering plate spring is moved, and therefore back-feeding of print paper can be achieved with high accuracy, and the printer is produceable at a low cost without upsizing the mechanism.
