A polarizing turning film with reduced color separation is provided to reduce color separation by rearranging lights from a light guiding plate and by outputting polarized lights. A turning film includes optic input and optic output surfaces having first prism elements on the output surface and second prism elements or lens type elements on the input surface. The first prism elements include a first far base angle(beta1) and a first near base angle(beta2). The second prism elements or lens type elements include a second far base angle and a second near base angle. The angle values are selected to supply reduced color separation according to comparison with the same film having merely the first prism elements on the output surface.
