A navigation based vehicle control system and a method thereof are provided to display a set screen, set various vehicle control information used for vehicle control, and tune vehicle control environment properly. A navigation based vehicle control system comprises a vehicle control device(400), and a navigation device(100). The vehicle control device is linked with at least one of a braking device(500), a steering device(600), and a suspension(700) and controls the linked device based on the correlation of the vehicle control information. The navigation device displays a set display containing vehicle control information and outputs the vehicle control information to the vehicle control device. The navigation device includes a navigation memory(110) storing the vehicle control information, and a controller(120) transferring the vehicle control information to the vehicle control device. The vehicle control device has a braking control processing part(410), a braking sensitivity control part(420), a steering sensitivity processing part(430), and a steering sensitivity processing part(440).
