The present invention relates to an oven (1) comprising an oven cavity (2) wherein the cooking process is performed, and a humidity sensor (3) that detects the relative humidity in the oven cavity (2) and wherein the cooking parameters are adjusted by means of the control unit (4) that detects crust formation on outer surface of the food during the cooking process according to the type of food to be cooked and the relative humidity in the oven cavity (2).
