<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for providing protection from phishing attacks. <P>SOLUTION: This method includes determining whether new phishing site identifiers (for example, URLs and/or IP addresses, although not be limited to them) have been created (212). If determined that the new phishing site identifiers have been created, the new phishing site identifiers are compared with site identifiers of sites to which important information (critical values) (for example, user's individual/secret information) has been provided in the past (214).
