<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and manufacturing equipment of a polarizing plate, in which the occurrence of reverse curl and wave curl is suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the polarizing plate prepared by stacking and adhering protective films 31, 32 respectively on both surfaces of a polarizer 35 comprises: a step of overlapping the polarizer 35 and the protective films 31, 32 via adhesives to obtain a laminate 37; and a subsequent step of adhering the laminate 37 onto a convex curved surface formed in an arcuate shape along the conveyance direction of the laminate 37, preferably on the outer surface of a roller 38 and, at the same time, irradiating an adhesive with active energy rays from active energy ray irradiation devices 39, 40 to polymerize and harden the adhesive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
