<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively promote power saving. <P>SOLUTION: When reducing a refrigerating capacity of a refrigerator 34 in carrying out the temperature control of a testing room 12, a rotation speed of a driving motor 60 of a compressor 50 is lowered by controlling an inverter 58 and lowering a power supply frequency, and then lowering an evaporation temperature of an evaporator 56 by controlling an actuator and throttling an electronic expansion valve 54.
