A multimodality imaging preparation used for detecting senile dementia and cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, consisting of transition metal ions and precious metal ions with good biocompatibility and nano-cluster and porphyrin derivatives thereof. The imaging and detecting agent which is accuratly targeted and fast labeling of related focus parts are site directed synthesized by in situ biological effects.
