A high-strength close-fitting motor rotor, comprising a magnetic element (1), an element-enclosing body (2) and an iron core (3); the element-enclosing body is formed via an injection molding process, and directly encloses the magnetic element and the iron core; the element-enclosing body has an annular structure; a plurality of magnetic elements are uniformly arranged in the element-enclosing body, and the iron core is wound around the plurality of magnetic elements. A wound iron core self-shielding configuration greatly increases a magnetic flux density at one side of an air gap, and increases a utilization rate of a permanent magnet and a power density of a motor, thereby enabling a reduction in weight of a motor rotor, and improving a quick responsiveness of a motor and a product efficiency. |
