The present invention relates to an adhesive resin composition, to an adhesive film using the same, and to a flexible metal laminate. The adhesive resin composition comprises: a thermosetting resin including a benzoxazine polymer; and a thermoplastic resin including a styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene copolymer in which 0.1-15 wt% of dicarboxylic acid or acid anhydride thereof is bonded. Provided in the present invention is the adhesive resin composition, having high heat resistance and mechanical properties.
