According to the method of wrapping hydrated red ginseng, an amount of water inputted is controlled in accordance with a weight the red ginseng in order to enable the red ginseng to be recovered; have a similar size with an existing fresh red ginseng to improve volumetric characteristics and productivity; and have excellent textures.
