PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism with which double-operation of a portable terminal and an image formation apparatus can be prevented.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus which performs reception of a request concerning a control of a job from the portable terminal, includes: a reading control means for reading a reading object used for an authentication; a displaying means for displaying a job information obtained by reading the job information by the reading control means; a receiving means for receiving the request for the job from the portable terminal; a lock means for locking a display of the image formation apparatus in order to allow a user to perform an operation about the job with the portable terminal in accordance with a reception of the request by the receiving means while restricting the operation about the job with the image formation apparatus; and a transmission means for transmitting the job information to the portable terminal.
