PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve safety in a manner such that a heating operation is conducted when a heating plate for cooking of a grill unit is placed on a bottom plate and the heating operation is not conducted when the heating plate for cooking is placed on a top plate for heating a heated cooking container.SOLUTION: In an induction heating cooker, by differentiating a distance a between a heating plate 9 of a grill unit for cooking and a second heating coil 6 when the heating plate for cooking is placed on a bottom plate from a distance b between the heating plate 9 for cooking and a heating coil 4 when the heating plate 9 for cooking is placed on a top plate 2, a heating operation is conducted when the heating plate 9 for cooking is placed on a bottom plate 11 but the heating operation is not conducted when the heating plate 9 for cooking is placed on the top plate 2 thereby to improve safety. |
