The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical composition for treatment of periodontal diseases comprising an ameloblast culture fluid as an active ingredient, a method for treatment of periodontal diseases using the pharmaceutical composition, a composition for the promotion of differentiation of the periodontal ligament and the cementum comprising the ameloblast culture fluid, a kit for promotion of the differentiation of the periodontal ligament and the cementum comprising the composition, a medium composition for differentiation of the periodontal ligament comprising an ameloblast culture fluid, and a method for differentiation of the periodontal ligament using the medium composition, wherein the ameloblast culture fluid can stimulate migration of periodontal ligament cells and promote differentiation and mineralization of cementoblast. By using the ameloblast culture fluid of the present invention, it is possible to promote regeneration or differentiation of the periodontal ligament and the cementum, which form dental tissue, and also inhibit formation of a dental ankylosis area leading to degeneration of dental tissue, and therefore, the ameloblast culture fluid may be widely utilized in the development of agents that can effectively treat periodontal diseases. |
