The invention relates to a scraper (1) for a scraper chain conveyor, consisting of at least one upper part (2) and a lower part (3), in each of which a part of a chain bed (4) is formed for at least one horizontal link (5) and a vertical link (6) of a conveyor chain (7), wherein the lower part (3) and the upper part (2) of the scraper (1) are connected together. According to the invention, the upper part (2) and the lower part (3) have interacting formfitting surfaces (15, 16) which extend both in the upright direction as well as in the conveying direction (10) of the scraper chain conveyor such that a conveyor chain (7) link arranged behind the scraper (1) and pressing against the lower part (3) or the upper part (2) of the scraper (1) in the conveying direction (10) reinforces the formfitting connection. |
