PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge mechanism and electronic equipment having the hinge mechanism in which they show a high operability in turning operation between two cases, and stability or operability during usage at each of angular positions can be improved.SOLUTION: Hinge mechanisms 12L, 12R comprise a turning shaft selecting mechanism 30 for allowing a rotation of a first shaft 24 between a position of 0° and a position of 135° becoming a first angular position, restricting a rotation of a second shaft 26 and allowing a rotation of the second shaft 26 between a position of 135° and a position of 315° becoming a second angular position larger than 135°, and restricting a rotation of the first shaft 24, allowing a rotation of the first shaft 24 between the position of 315° and a position of 360° and restricting a rotation of the second shaft 26 and rotatably connect between a display case 14 and a main body case 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
