The invention relates to a method for regulating the operating point of an exhaust gas turbine (5), having variable inflow geometry, of a combustion engine (1), wherein the inflow geometry of the exhaust gas turbine (5) is set with an actuator using a regulating variable (NF) for the operating point. In order to regulate the operating point of the exhaust gas turbine (5) in a simple manner, it is proposed that the regulating variable (NF) is a function of the charge pressure P2 and a correction factor KF, where: NF = KF x P2. The correction factor KF is a function of the ratio of the pressure in an inlet flow path of the exhaust gas turbine P3 and a reference value X, where: KF = (1/P3) x X. The invention also relates to a control unit (ECU) for carrying out the method according to the invention. |
