PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that installing an air dryer for a drive air source to supply low due point air to prevent moisture content in compression air from condensing and draining to cause the actuation failure on a decrease in temperature due to the adiabatic expansion of an air motor in an air tool using compressed air consumes large energy in the air dryer.SOLUTION: The drain trouble can be prevented without consuming additional energy in spite of the use of high dew point air by using a moisture content separation membrane module incorporated to have the function as a moisture content separation membrane type air dryer utilized for dehumidifying exhaust air.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
