<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure excellent operability in loading/unloading a toner cartridge in/from a developing device body. <P>SOLUTION: The toner cartridge 50 is provided with a shutter 80 opened while it is loaded in a cartridge holding container 40. The container 40 is turnably provided with a disk type lock plate 70 around a center shaft 72 on the side of either of the opposed wall surfaces in the longitudinal direction of the container 40, and a center-of-curvature recessed part 413 opposed to the center shaft 72 on the side of the other. The toner cartridge 50 is constituted to be supported by the lock plate 70 and the recess 413, and the developing device is provided with the lock mechanism 60 performing lock and lock releasing operation of the toner cartridge 50 with respect to the container 40 and the opening/shutting operation of the shutter 80 of the toner cartridge 50 simultaneously by the turning operation round the center shaft 72 through one action of the lock plate 70. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
