PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture voidless thermoplastic resin sheet or electrically conductive sheet having fine mirror-finished surface by a method wherein the press-molding of the thermoplastic resin sheet is performed by piling up and pressing two or more thermoplastic resin sheets under the condition that at least one surface of the opposing surfaces of the thermoplastic resin sheets to be piled up is matted. CONSTITUTION:By moving press plates 1, between which retainer plates 3, thermoplastic resin sheets 2 and an electrically conductive woven fabric 4 are piled up, the thermoplastic resin sheets 2 and the like pinched between the plates 1 are pressed at the predetermined pressure and heated up to the predetermined temperature with heaters, which are provided in a press so as to soften the thermoplastic resin sheets 2 in order to turn the piled up thermoplastic resin sheets 2 and 2 having the electrically conductive woven fabric 4 between them into an integral body or one electrically conductive sheet. In this case, bubbles containing between the two thermoplastic resin sheets 2 and 2 escape through the minute gap made on matted surfaces 21 and are not entrapped in the electrically conductive sheet. Further, the pattern on the retainer plate 3 is transferred as it is to the surface, which is in contact with the surface of the retainer plate 3, of the thermoplastic resin sheet 2. |
