PURPOSE:To improve the color tone and the physical property of artificial marble by crushing natural graphite silica rock, mixing it with thermosetting resin, and solidifying and forming. CONSTITUTION:Natural graphite silica rock is crushed and formed into powder under about 3mm. Next, thermosetting resin of which unsaturated polyester resin and the like of resin concrete grade is added with accelerating agent, peroxide, and the like, is provided. Next, the natural graphite silica rock and the thermosetting resin are mixed, stirred, and cast in a formwork to solidify. Further, at molding, the mixture and glass long-fibre mat can be put in the formwork and molded by heating and compression. Hereby, deep black color tone which has been difficult up to the present, can be formed, strength, non- water-absorbing property, incombustibility, and the like can be improved, and it can be manufactured easily and at cheap price. |
