PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of flash by adjusting injection pressure and preventing the injection material from reaching the outside, that is, a gap by pushing a clip itself to the inside by the injected material of a gasket or the raw material thereof. CONSTITUTION:A window panel 1 is arranged in molds 2, 10 to form a gasket forming cavity 5 between the window panel 1 and the inner surfaces of the molds 2, 10 and a clip 7 is arranged in the gasket forming cavity 5 at the position respectively spaced apart from the window panel 1 and the molds 2, 10 so that the inner surface 7a thereof forms a space 11 between the clip 7 and the window panel 1. The air in the space 11 is removed under reduced pressure and a gasket material or the raw material thereof is injected in the space 11 to form a gasket and, subsequently, the window panel 1 having the gasket fixed thereto is taken out of the molds 2, 10 and the generation of flash in the gasket is prevented and the damage of the window panel itself is reduced. |
