<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly obtain colorimetry data of an image for colorimetry. <P>SOLUTION: The control, by which patches (images for colorimetry) respectively having the same color components are printed on a printing medium M2, is executed to a printer (a printing device ) 20 at a printing position to be arranged to a plurality of scanning positions on a scanning face 40a with different magnitude of a color component amount, which is obtained from reference scanning data D1 generated by the scanning with a scanner 40 in a state wherein a uniformly colored reference color original manuscript M1 is arranged on the scanning face 40a of the scanner. The scanner 40 executes the scanning in a state that the printing medium M1 is arranged on the scanning face 40a. Color data D3, in which the colors of each patch read by the scanner 40 from scanned data D2 to be generated are shown, are acquired for each patch. Errors of the color component amount of the scanned data are compensated by using the color data D3 for each patch regarding the patches having the same color components.
