<p>PURPOSE:To increase the compressive strength of structures, to improve the reflectivity of light and to provide a final treating method of a glass as industrial waste. CONSTITUTION:The reflection and compressive strength of the structures are increased by incorporating 3-5% recycled glass beads to the total quantity into a ready mixed concrete. As a result, the compressive strength of the obtained concrete structure containing the glass beads increases 20-25% compared with the conventional non-addition concrete.</p> |
