摘要 PURPOSE: To provide an improved mechanical device controlling a clearance between the tip of a moving blade and a shroud in a gas turbine engine. CONSTITUTION: A torque tube 40 mounted to a casing 34 freely rotationally is provided with a cam 44. A first member 46 and a second member 52 are arranged inside the casing, and their cam engagement faces 48, 54 surround a cam axially so that the cam can move only in the axial direction. A shround hanger 82, which can be mounted to a shroud part piece 18, includes hook- shaped flanges 50, 56, 84, 86 separated axially to each other, and these flanges are arranged so as to be engaged with hook-shaped flanges 50, 56 in the first and second members 46, 52. The hook-shaped flanges 50, 56 are provided with engagement axial tilted slide surfaces, and the shroud hanger 82 is pressed inward radially for engaging the slide surfaces. A clearance is controlled when the torque tube 40 is turned so as to move the first and second members 46, 53 axially and the shroud part piece 18 is moved radially.
