PURPOSE:To be usable at the time of a high temperature and to improve a measuring accuracy. CONSTITUTION:A pedestal 2 is formed of an engineering plastic molded form, and clamped at its oblique surface by legs of an inverted U-shaped frame 7 with screws. An electrode plate 3 made of an aluminum material having an acoustic matching function, an ultrasonic vibrator 1, a normal electrode plate 4, an ultrasonic absorbing backing material 5, a pressing plate 6 of an insulating material, a pair of belleville springs 12 and a pressing plate 11 are sequentially laminated on the oblique surface of the pedestal 2. These components all have heat resistance. The material 5 is formed with an uneven surface 5a at a side in contact with the plate 6, includes many fine hollow parts 5b therein, and supports acoustic brake for a rear side of the vibrator 1. The plates 3, 4 are for applying a voltage to the vibrator 1. An end of a small screw 8 engaged with an upper side of the frame 7 is brought into contact with an upper surface of the plate 11, and entire components laminated on the oblique surface of the pedestal 2 are screw-pressed by turning the screw 8 thereby to lock them by a nut 9. |
