PURPOSE:To provide a method for molding resin by a pin gate type with high reliability. CONSTITUTION:A cavity 11 is formed of an upper surface side 1 and a lower mold 2. The mold has a rubber 18, a pot 21 for charging a resin tablet 19, and a plunger 20 for pressing the tablet 19, and has a first section for substantially fully filling softened resin in the runner 1 and a second section for filling the resin in the cavity 11. A parting line 25 of the cavity 11 side is opened in the first section (gap e2) to release the compressed air out of the mold, and the line 25 is always closed in the second section. The pressing speed of the plunger 20 is fast in the first section and smoothly differentiated in the second section. Thus, bubbles of a sealed part, flash and a wire flow failure are eliminated to provide excellent external appearance quality and reliability. |
