PURPOSE:To keep the inside of frames airtight and facilitate alignment by a method wherein a heat-resistant seal packing is fixed to the end face of one of upper and lower shrouding frames, and a receiving seat is formed on the end face of the other. CONSTITUTION:By raising a lower platen 31, a receiving seat 35a of a lower shrouding frame 35 is brought into contact with a lower end curved part 17c of a heat-resistant seal packing 17, With the raise of the lower platen 31, the lower end curved part 17c is slid inward, and the lower end and thereabouts of a mounting base part 17a and an intermediate curved part 17b are mainly flexed to be flattened. Next, the lower end of the heat-resistant seal packing 17 is abutted against a stopper 35b of the receiving seat 35a to stop sliding. In this state, the lower end and thereabouts of the mounting base part 17a and the intermediate curved part 17b are continuously flexed. The contact of the heat-resistant seal packing 17 with the receiving seat 35a ensures that the inside space of an upper shrouding frame 15 and the lower shrouding frame 35 is sealed airtight. After that, a vacuum pump connected to an air pipe is driven to draw a vacuum to the inside space for forming a sheet stock. |
