PURPOSE:To provide foamed moldings with a core in which a material cost and a man-hours are reduced by eliminating necessity for closing a hole for positioning with a tape in the conventional method. CONSTITUTION:In the case of producing foamed moldings with a core in which an expanded material layer 10 is integrally formed in one side of the core 3, a pin 8 is projected in the prescribed position of the core 3 and also a hole is bored in the core box 1 of a molding die in accordance with the position of the pin and a bush 7 is filled into the hole. The pin 8 of the core 3 is inserted into the bush 7 of the molding die and set. Foaming material is poured and foamed. |
