<p>PURPOSE: To efficiently park, specially, a vehicle which patrols periodically by driving a parking permission means when the ID No. of the vehicle received by a receiver matches the ID No. of the vehicle included in parking reservation data. CONSTITUTION: The driver on a distribution vehicle C makes a reservation for parking in a parking lot P to a control center A through a transmitter 6. The reservation is made by specifying the ID No. of the vehicle and the ID No. is stored in the memory provided in the control part 11 of a controller through the host computer 4 of the control center A. When the reserved distribution vehicle C approaches the parking lot P to enter a communication range of an IC card 9, the ID No. sent out from the IC card 9 is received by a transmitter and matched against the ID No. previously stored in the control part 11. When their coincidence is obtained, the distribution vehicle C is decided as the reserved vehicle and a tire lock plate is moved down to allow the vehicle to enter the parking lot P.</p> |
