<p>PURPOSE: To obtain a color filter resist which has excellent transparency, image forming property and dispersibility of a coloring material and is suitable for the production of color filter by specifying an ethylenic unsatd. compd. to be a compd. having specified substituents. CONSTITUTION: This color filter resist consists of a photopolymerizable compsn. containing a coloring material, photopolymn. initiator compsn., and ethylenic unsatd. compd. The ethylenic unsatd. compd. is such a compd. as expressed by the formula having at least two substituents. In the formula, (m) is an integer 1 to 5, R<1> and R<2> are each hydrogen atom or a halogen atom, R<3> is a 1-10C alkylene group which may have substituents, R<4> is hydrogen atom or a 1-10C alkyl group, 6-15C aryl group, 7-15C aralkyl group or 2-10 alkenyl group which may have hydroxyl group, and R<5> is hydrogen atom or methyl group.</p> |
