<p>PURPOSE: To provide a shaft joining structure of an inhibitor switch by which the service life of the inhibitor switch is lengthened and reliability is enhanced without impairing sealing performance of a sealing device even if it is exposed to a severe environment. CONSTITUTION: A rotor 13 is rotatably arranged by penetrating through a switch casing. A sealing ring is fitted in sealing ring grooves 13M and 13N, and a switch circuit of an inhibitor switch is sealed. In the rotor 13, the whole is integrally molded by resin, and a key projection 21 formed on an inner peripheral surface meshes with a key groove of a manual shaft. On the back face side of the sealing ring groove 13M, a shaft directional groove 21M is formed lid on a top part of the key projection 21, and the thickness of the key projection 21 is reduced. Since a shrink at resin molding time becomes smaller than when the groove 21M is not formed, circularity of the bottom of the sealing ring groove 13M is secured, and sealing performance by the sealing ring is enhanced.</p> |
