MICROORGANISM AGROBACTERIUM SP. AND MICROBIOLOGICAL PRODUCING METHOD FOR HYDROXYLATED DERIVATIVES OF PYRAZINE

This patent describes the micro-organisms called Agrobacterium sp.DSM 6136 being able to grow with pyrazine which a unique resource of carbon, nitrogen and energy. This patent also describes the procedure closed to the hydroxylated pyrazine derivatives with the use for the micro-organisms related to Agrobactericum family. These micro-organisms are able to hydroxylate pyrazine derivatives with a general formula (I), while the hydroxylated derivatives of pyrazine with a formula (II) are created and a meaning of substituted is explained in the description. The created product are accumulated in a yield medium. 6-ethyl-2-hydroxy-pyrazine also is described in this patent.
