<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet ink which is not influenced by oxygen or moisture and capable of stably forming a cured film in various environments, and an inkjet recording method. <P>SOLUTION: The inkjet ink contains at least 30 mass% of a polythiol compound bearing at least two thiol groups in the molecule. Otherwise, the inkjet ink contains at least 30 mass% of a compound bearing at least two polymerizable unsaturated bonds in the molecule.
