PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress edge fusion and improve embedding capability in a substrate space by providing a photosensitive resin composition layer containing a phosphor on a thermoplastic resin layer on a support body film and forming a photosensitive element. SOLUTION: A support body film is composed of a chemically and thermally stable and elastic substance such as polyethylene telephthalate. A resin of a thermoplastic resin layer is a resin such as polyethylene softened at a temperature during heating and pressure welding and may be a photosensitive resin composition containing a specific compound. A plasticizer may be added to improve filming performance. A photosensitive resin composition layer containing phosphor preferably includes a filming performance imparting polymer, a photopolymerizalle unsaturated compound having an ethylenic unsaturated group at its terminal, and a photoinitiator and phosphor or the like for generating free radically activation light. A phosphor pattern obtained by using this photosensitive element on a ragged substrate is precious and uniform, and workability during manufacturing is improved.
