<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly dense and miniaturized cable connector. SOLUTION: This cable connector is constituted of a first insulating block 33, in which holding aperture 38 to hold contact part sides of contacts 32 are arranged in a plurality of rows at equal intervals, a second insulating block 34 in which grooves to hold parts with narrowed width of the contacts 32 and contact tail parts (tail parts) 35 are formed on both sides, the contacts 32 which are so arranged as to bridge the holding apertures 38 of the first insulating block 33 and the grooves of the second insulating block 34 and at the same time of which the tail parts 35 are formed into an L-shape by twisting the contact parts and the tail parts 35 at 90 deg. in the extended parts, and a pressure connection cover in which guiding grooves are so formed as to mutually cross in slanting parts at the center in the longitudinal direction to hold connection wires to be connected with the tail parts 35 stood uprightly on the both sides of the second insulating block 34 and in which insertion holes are also formed so as to receive the tail parts 35.</p> |
