<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance thermal durability of components in apparatuses of a fuel cell cogeneration system, and to provide the apparatuses wherein the components can be easily maintained. <P>SOLUTION: A reforming device 2 is provided in a central lower part in a housing 1, a humidifier 3 is provided in the upper part of the reforming device 2, a fuel cell 4, a cooling water tank 5, and a water relating component 6 for supplying pure water are provided in the upper part of the humidifier, a control device 7 and an inverter device 8 are provided in the front of the left side surface of the reforming device, an ion exchange resin 9, an air supply blower 10 and an air pump 11 for the reforming device are provided in the back of its left side surface, a desulfurizer 12 and a raw material feeding valve 13 for the reforming device, and a booster pump 14 are provided in the front of the right side surface of the reforming device, an exhaust heat recovery device 15 for a hot water storage tank, a flow control device 16 and the like are provided in the back of its right side, and the front plate 17, both side plates 18, 19, and a top plate 20 are made removable.
