The invention refers to equipment for preparing meat and meat products by frying, in kitchens and in the open air and, also, for keeping the cooked food warm. The device is made up of a ceramic radiant burner [8] which is positioned centrally and is provided with a lever [21] for setting it in the desired position. The supply with natural gases is ensured by a feeding assembly consisting of a flexible hose assembly [2], a joint [3], a pipe [4] extended with a metal bar section [9], in order to support the burner, a stop and regulating valve [5] and a pipe section [6]. The connection between this assembly and the ceramic radiant burner [8] is ensured by means of a coupling device [7] provided with a threaded sleeve, the whole assembly above being supported, by means of a retaining and rotating device [19], by some vertical posts [18] that are fixed onto the upper section of a frame [12] by means of some weldable sleeves [14]. The vertical posts [18] also support a device for collection and dispersion of the flue gases [20]. A grate [10], under which there is a collector [11], is positioned on the upper section of a frame [12], and some supporting legs [15] are mounted, by means of other weldable sleeves [14], on the lower section of the same frame [12].
