BATTERY ASSEMBLY USING NONAQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE SECONDARY BATTERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery assembly excellent in high temperature preservation durability and also well balanced in both voltage and capacity, in one using a plurality of nonaqueous electrolyte secondary batteries.

SOLUTION: The battery assembly is composed of one or more battery groups in which the plurality of nonaqueous electrolyte secondary batteries are connected with one another. At least one battery group is composed by connecting a first nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery A using a lithium manganese compounding oxide having a spinel conformation as a positive electrode activator and a second nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery B using a lithium transition metal compounding oxide containing at least Ni and having a layered conformation as a positive electrode activator are connected in parallel with each other.
