<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyarylene composition for producing a proton conductive film that can develop a sufficient proton conductivity in an environment below 0°C because of the increased amount of water having a solidifying point lower than 0°C. <P>SOLUTION: The polyarylene composition is a varnish composition that is produced by dissolving a polyarylene having a sulfonic acid group into an organic solvent, wherein the organic solvent is a mixed solvent of two or more kinds of organic solvents and the organic solvent is characterized in that the individual organic solvent can not dissolve the polyarylene having a sulfonic acid group, but by mixing two or more kinds of organic solvents, the mixed solvent can dissolve the polyarylene having a sulfonic acid group. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
