PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a keyless key not only for simply locking a door but also for displaying information about various kinds of equipment mounted in a vehicle. SOLUTION: This key has communication means by which information about various kinds of equipment mounted in a vehicle is transmitted and received between the various kinds of equipment; a liquid-crystal display for displaying the information about the various kinds of equipment on the image display part of a display screen; a plurality of switches disposed on the outer peripheral edge of the image display part; a clear key 5 disposed on the display screen to cover the image display part, for allowing the information about the various kinds of equipment displayed on the image display part to be transmitted through and displayed on the display part 5a and for actuating the plurality of switches; and a case body 7 having a key hook part. |
