PURPOSE: Provided is a thick film dielectric composition for a solid state display device, which contains P2O5-ZnO-BaO based glass and an oxide filler and has improved thermal and electrical properties. CONSTITUTION: The thick film dielectric composition comprises the P2O5-ZnO-BaO based glass having a glass transition temperature of less than 500 °C and a plastic temperature of less than 700 °C, and 20-40 wt% of the oxide filler of a two-component or a three-component having PbTiO3 as a main component. The P2O5-ZnO-BaO based glass comprises 40-60 wt% of P2O5, 20-40 wt% of ZnO, 3-15 wt% of BaO, 2-10 wt% of Li2O, 1-10 wt% of B2O3, 1-7 wt% of Al2O3, 1-6 wt% of CaO, 0-5 wt% of K2O, and 0-5 wt% of Na2O.
