ECHO DELAY ESTIMATOR

PURPOSE: An echo delay estimator is provided to be capable of obtaining an echo estimation value by use of a constant calculation amount regardless of echo delay. CONSTITUTION: An echo delay estimator comprises the first low pass filter(211) which filters the first voice signal(R). The first decimeter(221) decimates a signal output from the first low pass filter(211). The second low pass filter(212) filters the second voice signal(S). The second decimeter(222) decimates a signal output from the second low pass filter(212). An adaptive filter(230) calculates an echo delay estimation value in response to a signal from the first decimeter(212) and a signal from an attenuator(240).
