PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the sliding force proper and prevent two shaft from rattling effectively by using a diameter enlarging member, adjusting screw, etc., corresponding to the stiffness of an inner shaft and stabilize the sliding force by preventing burrs from remaining at the slide surface. SOLUTION: The sliding force is made proper by using diameter enlarging member E, adjusting screw 8, etc., corresponding to the stiffness of the inner shaft 1 and thereby the two shafts 1 and 2 can be prevented from rattling, and management of the sliding force and rattling can be performed easily. Because of a serration forming processing or finish serration processing conducted after the boring process, it is possible to prevent burrs from remaining at the slide surface and also stabilize the sliding force. |
