<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic component which can have a dielectric constant higher than that of the prior art, a small size, a high performance, an excellent overall electrical characteristic, can suppress fluctuations in dielectric constant between lots, can suppress the wear of a die, and can exhibit a high breakdown voltage. SOLUTION: The electronic component is made of a composite dielectric material having dielectrics of a circle, flat circle or ellipse at least in projection shape dispersed in resin.</p> |
