PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a line control system for simultaneously supplying call service and service/information supplied via a computer network only by a telephone call. SOLUTION: A controller is connected to a telephone network and a computer network and controls connection to an incoming destination on the telephone network with an information source over the computer network. The controller is provided with an address conversion data base, having an address conversion table making the telephone number of the incoming destination correspond to an address, corresponding to the information source connected to the computer network for each special number added to the telephone number of the incoming destination. When the telephone number, to which the special number has been is added, is received from a calling side terminal through the telephone network, the calling side terminal is connected to the information source, connected to the computer network and the incoming side terminal connected to the telephone network, which correspond to the telephone number of the incoming destination, based on the address conversion table corresponding to the special number.
