<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information storage medium on/from which digital moving picture information can be recorded and reproduced and a device using this medium. SOLUTION: In the information storage medium for recording and reproducing video data and data including control information by using at least one data pack, the first data unit is defined in correspondence with the at least one data pack and the first data unit consists of the second data unit having a prescribed size. Then, the data recorded by the first data unit is rewritten or overwritten by the second data unit.</p> |
