CONTAINING FRAME OF DETECTION COIL IN TORQUE SENSOR AND TORQUE SENSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a containing frame of detection coil capable of reducing the outer radius of a bent part without lowering strength of the bent part between the cylinder part and plate part. SOLUTION: The containing frame body 19 of the detection coil 14 installed in a torque sensor has a cylindrical part 21 covering the detection coil 14, a plate part bent in the center direction from one open end of the cylindrical part 21 and an annular groove 23 formed in the vicinity of outer part of the plate part 22. Especially, the cylindrical part 21, the plate part 22 and the groove 23 are formed in one by presswork. By this method, the meat of the material flows to the bent part 24 side and the outer radius of the bent part 24 is reduced.
